Writing in company
Rebecca offers writing workshops for students and adults, tailoring each gathering to its participants. Workshops can take place in person or online. Through reading, conversation, and writing exercises, participants can find new ways into their writing and develop a draft through attention and revision.
Workshops can be built around craft or a shared subject—writing love letters, reclaiming fairy tales, or immersing ourselves in nature and writing from what we notice. Each gathering is shaped for the people in it, with room for surprise and the tools to carry a draft further.
Rebecca has also worked as an English teacher, teaching AP Literature, AP Language and Composition, honors literature, and dual enrollment English 111.
